This recipe is from one of my recipe books and the picture is theirs too .
I just thought this recipe was worth sharing so thought of sharing it with you guys as it is so easy and a quickie!
Ingredients:
Medium sized chicken
5 cups of chicken broth
¼ bundle of long Asian macaroni
Water for boiling
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of fine fresh ginger
Salt for sprinkling
Method
- 1 Boil the macaroni in water till it becomes soft,
then drain and rinse with cold water.
- 2 Put chicken broth on fire, and then add ginger, salt,
sauce and chicken pieces.
- 3 Add macaroni and leave to stand for 15 minutes on low flame
(Serves 4-5 persons)
